Agree the price
You get a fixed price and an arrival time on the phone. Nobody sets off until you’ve said yes, and the price we agree is the price you pay.
Ride home with your car
Your car is strapped down on the flatbed at all four wheels and taken home, to your garage or anywhere else, usually with you in the cab.
Car recovery services
Emergency recovery at any hour, and planned car moves booked for a day that suits you.
Car breakdown recovery
Engine faults, warning lights, snapped belts or a car that just stopped. We carry it home or to your garage on the flatbed.

Why every car goes on the flatbed
Towing a car with two wheels on the road is quicker to hook up, but it’s the wrong way to move most modern cars. So we carry every car, with all four wheels off the road, strapped down at each wheel.
Automatics
Towed with the drive wheels turning, many automatic gearboxes run without oil pressure.
Electric and hybrid cars
Turning the wheels turns the motor, which can damage the drive system.
4x4s and all-wheel drives
Every wheel is connected to the drivetrain, so all four have to be off the road.
Low, prestige and classic cars
Ramp extensions and soft wheel straps, loaded slowly with someone watching.
Accident-damaged cars
Bent wheels and locked steering go on skates, and the winch does the rest.

How quickly can you get to me?
When you call, we give you an arrival time based on where our nearest truck is and the traffic between us, and we stick to it. If anything changes on the way, we ring you.
How much does car recovery cost in London?
It depends on how far we travel, where the car is going, and the car’s condition, so we give you one fixed price on the phone before we set off. It includes any tolls or the Congestion Charge on the route, and it’s the price you pay.
Can you recover electric and hybrid cars?
Yes. Electric and hybrid cars always travel on our flatbed with all four wheels off the road, as their manufacturers require. If one has run out of charge, we can take it to a working charger, your home or a garage.
Can I ride in the truck with my car?
Usually, yes. Most of our recoveries take the driver and passengers along in the cab. Tell us how many of you there are when you call, so we can plan for it.
Do you tow cars?
We carry them. Recovery is what most drivers mean by towing, but every car we move travels on the bed of a flatbed truck with all four wheels off the road. That’s safer for every car, and essential for automatics, four-wheel drives, and electric and hybrid cars.
Can you take my car outside London?
Yes. We can take your car anywhere in mainland England, Scotland and Wales, and bring you home with it. We also collect cars from the towns just outside London.
