When you call, we give you an arrival time based on where our nearest truck is and the traffic between us, and we stick to it. If anything changes on the way, we ring you.

Call your breakdown provider first, because recovery may already be included in your policy. If they can’t reach you soon enough, or your policy doesn’t cover what you need, call us and we’ll give you a price.

Yes. We answer the phone and send out trucks around the clock, every day of the year, including nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Where you are, the car’s make, model and registration, what happened, and where you’d like the car to go. It also helps to know whether it’s an automatic or electric, whether the wheels turn and the steering works, and whether you have the keys.

It depends on how far we travel, where the car is going, and the car’s condition, so we give you one fixed price on the phone before we set off. It includes any tolls or the Congestion Charge on the route, and it’s the price you pay.

Yes. The price we agree before we set off is the price you pay, as long as the job is as you described it. If something is very different when we arrive, such as a different destination, we’ll agree any change with you before we go ahead.

We’ll confirm how you’d like to pay when we agree the price, and you’ll get an itemised invoice for every job, which you can use for expenses or an insurance claim.

Usually, yes. Recovery trucks rarely fit under a car park’s height barrier, so we bring the car up to street level with skates and a winch, then load it there. Tell us the height limit and which level the car is on.

Yes. Electric and hybrid cars always travel on our flatbed with all four wheels off the road, as their manufacturers require. If one has run out of charge, we can take it to a working charger, your home or a garage.

Yes. We use skates to move cars with locked steering or wheels. Before we load it, we’ll check that the car is yours, or that you have the owner’s permission to move it.

Usually, yes. Most of our recoveries take the driver and passengers along in the cab. Tell us how many of you there are when you call, so we can plan for it.

We carry them. Recovery is what most drivers mean by towing, but every car we move travels on the bed of a flatbed truck with all four wheels off the road. That’s safer for every car, and essential for automatics, four-wheel drives, and electric and hybrid cars.
